Cryogenic Processors offers cryogenic flash freezing services at our facility in Nashville, TN. Utilizing liquid nitrogen and employing a variety of freezing technologies and processing techniques, the facility is capable of efficiently processing food, food ingredients and additives, cosmetic ingredients along with functional bacteria. This facility is an FDA registered, and USDA compliant facility with SQF certification for food processing.

Our newest state-of-the-art facility

Opening in 2024, our new facility located in Paducah, KY will be a state-of-the-art cryogenic processing plant with freeze drying and packaging capacity.

This facility will expand our production capacity and offer a one stop shop for cryogenic freezing, freeze drying, ultra cold storage and finish product packaging. Freezing is based around our proven cryogenic pelletizer design. Over 30 years of refinement and design improvements, this pelletizer offers efficiency, consistency, and high capacity with low processing loss in a compact package.

We can produce 60,000 lbs. of frozen pelletized material in a single day of production. Typical size of pelletized material can range from 2mm to 4mm, with the ability to go larger depending on aspects of the material.


Packaging options can range from a single serve pouches into large bulk totes depending on scope of product and demand.
